About the Role :


As a Senior Delivery Manager for AI/ML , you will play a pivotal role in driving our artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives to new heights.

Your expertise in AI /ML & Gen-AI will be instrumental in our mission towards our customer centricity.

Key Skills/ Competencies :

  • Computer Vision, NLP, Gen-AI & Large Language Models, Neural Network Models,
  • Thorough understanding of building end to end solutions & ability to nurture / maintain a client relationship.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Hands on Experience : Python, Cloud environment (Azure or AWS), Data Engineering,
  • Deployment of models, Understanding of LLM, Gen-AI, At least 4 years' experience in developing and deploying models in Cloud or onpremise environment.

Good to have :

  • Knowledge working on really large
  • Project Management and Delivery: Lead and manage complex AI/ML projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • This role may require travel to onsite client location within and outside India.
  • Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI/ML professionals. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Solution Development: Oversee the development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and meet client needs.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide bespoke AI/ML solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Interact with Global customers and stake holders to be able to create a solution cater to their requirement.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI/ML, advanced analytics, and data engineering.
  • Drive innovation within the team by exploring new tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to expand beyond the above mentioned skill set and learn new areas of evolution on edge deployments, IOT based analytics etc
  • Startup Environment Expertise: Leverage previous experience in startup environments to navigate and excel in a fastpaced, dynamic setting.
  • Encourage agility and flexibility in project management and execution.

Qualifications :

  • Strong background as a Full stack AI professional & ability to with cross cultural teams.
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, ML, or a related field
