You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't). What we're after is someone with a curious mind and a passion for improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Qualify new inbound and outbound business opportunities, and distribute qualified leads to the appropriate Business Consultants.
  • Engage with customers on social media, especially Facebook, to handle incoming inquiries and create leads for the Sales Team
  • Manage a high volume of leads in the CRM tool accurately and efficiently, ensuring the right level of followup.
  • Research target customers online as prequalified sales opportunities.
  • Provide strong communication and coordination within and among the sales teams.
  • Understand our strategic direction and initiatives and assist with team alignment and support.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Hire and train others in the team
  • Provide constructive feedback

Working Days :
Monday To Saturday

Working Time: 10am to 7pm

Salary:
₹15,000.00 per month
