Job Description:
As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Ensure the sales team is welltrained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Stay uptodate with industry developments and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
