Job Description:


As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Your primary focus will be on acquiring and retaining commercial clients while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Ensure the sales team is welltrained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in
commercial Heavy Duty sales is must .

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
