About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as a sole point of contact to handle all the queries of assigned key accounts and provide great user experience (UX) and customer relationship management

2. Support B2B/B2C sales for ReachInbox

3. Troubleshoot, set up, and follow up on the account

4. Ensure product onboarding and product performance are successful

5. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment in delivering value to key -accounts and driving overall company success
