Head of Business Operations

Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of business plans to achieve the goals.

System Development: Develop and implement systems, procedures, and policies to streamline operations.

Team Management: Encourage a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Culture Building: Play a pivotal role in creating a positive and inclusive work culture. Promote values, ethics, and behaviors that align with the company's mission and vision.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Ensure sound financial management practices to support the company's growth objectives.

Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and measure the company's progress and success.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ·He or She shall handle administrative, business development and operational activities of the Company.
  • ·He or She will directly report to the Management
  • ·Must be aware of the end-to-end statutory processes and procedures of the Facility Management Company (Viz. Housekeeping / Canteen / Security / Engineering Services etc.)
  • ·Shall recruit the staff in various departments as per the norms
  • ·Shall train the staff for the said departments and deploy them at various locations as per the requirement and arrange to conduct regular trainings towards better services.
  • ·Ensure that the quality of the services and the workmen are according to the stakeholder's organisational need, policies and procedures.
  • ·Oversees and supervises the quality of work to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively at all locations.
  • ·Ensure the quality and uniformity in the services provided at various locations
  • ·Streamline reporting mechanisms, by providing key performing indicators to the staff at various locations
  • ·Must thrive for consistent pursuit of excellence in all the categories of the Facility Management services provided by the company
  • ·Assist the management to take informed decisions in business development, thus enhance profitability and reduce operating expenses in the services.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be a Postgraduate in Hospitality and or Operations Management
  • Min 15 years' experience in Facility Management Companies.
  • Experience in planning and maintaining facility budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional leadership experience and problem-solving skills
  • Contract handling experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to Travel
