About Our Client

India's premier embedded Lendtech platform offering fully digitized lending and other financial services to the customers / vendors / distributors of large B2C FinTechs, Digital companies and Anchors ( FMCG giants, Auto OEMs etc.).

Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Strategy:
* Develop and articulate a strategic vision for products in alignment with the company's embedded finance goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, translating insights into actionable product initiatives
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions.
2. Business Product Management:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to understand lending business requirements thoroughly.
* Utilize insights to design, develop and manage seamless and user-centric customer journeys within the embedded finance framework. Define key performance metrics and track product performance against established goals, implementing strategies to drive product growth, adoption, and profitability.
3. Product Operations:
* Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the successful implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization of lending products.
* Work closely with business teams to define product road-maps and milestones. Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements, applying insights to enhance product offerings and maintain competitive advantage. 4. Collaboration and Communication:
* Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including credit, operations and business development, to achieve common objectives.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
5. Ad-hoc Projects:
* By the virtue of being a start-ups, there will be time to time requirement to take up ad-hoc projects as well which need to be managed simultaneously along with other work responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a leadership role as a business product manager preferably in the lending or fintech sector.
* In-depth understanding of lending processes, business requirements, and customer journey design.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments and with external partners.
Education and Experience:
* MBA and Bachelor's degree from a Tier I college.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership role preferably in lending space.
