The Customer Success Manager oversees assigned hiring assignments in order to ensure that work is completed to the clients' satisfaction and within stated timeframes and budget; works collaboratively with delivery lead; provide excellent customer service with clients; develops and maintains effective relationships within and between the talent and client team.

The account manager provides reports, budgets, invoices, and staff evaluations within stated timeframes. Customer Success Managers also track and manage contingent staff assignments, including extensions, end dates, early ends, etc. The account manager acts as the primary point of contact for all employee relations questions and issues.

Responsibilities:
the single point of contact from Net2Source for our MSP / direct clients.

Clients vary from various client partnerships to understand their challenges and provide share with a client to make us their trusted staffing job orders and work with the Delivery Manager for better coverage and support.candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for client to schedule candidate interviews and recruiting team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates.

CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage visits to build rapport and to obtain critical information including job descriptions, referrals, and business leads.


Required Skills:

years of experience of Account Management / Client Relationship in India staffing industry is a must.experience is take directions and strive to accomplish challenging continuously build knowledge and skills; Share expertise with others.listening and documentation speak clearly and persuasively.
