Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of field sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within your assigned territory or market segment.
  • Recruit, hire, and train qualified field sales representatives, building a strong and successful sales team.
  • Establish clear sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for your team and individual representatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle for your team, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
  • Accompany sales representatives on client visits and presentations as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Manage and analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, develop strategies for improvement, and track team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, growing revenue, and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a plus).
