Responsibilities:

  • Performs fullcycle accounting and monthend close activities (Intercompany
transactions, journal entries, account reconciliations, multi-currency accounting,

consolidations).

  • Provides accounting support to other groups within the company (including Business
Development, Project Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the outside CPA firm for Financial statements prep.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for appropriate coding and adherence to
corporate policies and procedures.

  • Review bills and expense reports.
  • Superior communication/interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience in Professional services / IT firm with QuickBooks Online and
Xero is a must.

  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Inventory reconciliation.
  • Payroll processing.
  • AR and AP processing.
  • Year end and Month end finalization including balance sheet and P&L reconciliation.
  • Accounting for company, trust, partnership and sole trader
  • Accounting for GST, superannuation, hire purchase and Div 7A loan
  • Preparation of BAS, IAS
  • Preparation of Individual tax returns and company tax returns
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a
cross-functional functional teams.

  • Experience with fullcycle accounting, financial statement preparation, and month
- end/year-end closing books.

  • Detailoriented with strong functional, analytical and organizational skills
