Should be in BDM role currently with minimum 5 years of tenure and shall have at least 8+ Years in Business Development/B2B Sales preferably in **US, UK, Australia, or Canada**:

- As a business development manager, you'll identify new business opportunities followed up by generating revenues every month/quarter as per assigned targets, improve profitability and help the business grow.
- The primary objective is to identify new business opportunities. What form this takes will depend on the exact nature of the company. But you'll more than likely be looking to identify new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets, or new service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets. And then youll be expected to use these opportunities to bring in more revenue.
- Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets or enhancing the operation of the business.
- Be willing to work in **US SHIFTS**.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of complete sales cycle i.e., data mining/lead generation to the closure and then managing that account to ensure repeat business.
- Should have been into individual contributor role preferably and should be able to take care of the closing part.
- Should be familiar with RFQ/RFP/RFI and bidding process.
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should work on Sales Funnel and so forth.


**Salary**: ₹10,397.39 - ₹32,445.69 per month
