ensure TAT compliance for all the designated activities initial screening of the candidates over the phone to understand the fitment of the profile to an open position and then to arrange for the interviews as instructed by the Sr.
Manager- TAG build and maintain Internal data base for various skill sets to be readily available whenever needed co ordinate the entire selection process in co ordination with the hiring manager be responsible for offer roll out, touch point communication with new hire, on boarding formalities of the new hire etc.
