MAIN JOB PURPOSE

  • Ensuring right stocks at right location and thereby improving on customer case fill (CCF)
  • Monitoring / analyzing daily Top Loss packs
  • Analyzing preCCF and CCF losses
  • Coordination with the central supply planning and distribution planning team
  • Driving Demand Supply Reconciliation (DSR) process with central team
  • Partnering CD team and giving them visibility on opportunity and stress packs (ensuring overall business numbers are delivery)
  • Understanding Direct Dispatch model and maximizing the same.
  • Execution of constraint packs distribution (quota / lock etc.)
  • Ensuring hygiene in the processes and systems ie. FIFO / Substitution
  • Reducing Business Waste (SLOB) through various analysis
  • Manage the network (Change in price / grammage, Consumer promotions (CP), Parent Child reconciliation, Launch, Relaunch etc.)
  • Sharing views and visibility of networks in S&OP process.
  • Acts as a critical link between RS Planner & Demand Planners.
  • Guiding depot / factory on any execution / hygiene issue b.)
  • Controlling / over viewing complete Ordering process for different types of RS/Customers (GTM, NGTM,KA)
  • Strong understanding of complete back end order / allocation process and IT systems (BW, SNC, R3, Unify).
  • Responsible for all order page related activities (any info flash, cut of time, order capturing logic, auto locks on upward/downward of ordering, trouble shooting) etc.
  • Lead a team of 3P
  • RS Net team comprising of 46 people and taking accountability of their delivery on RS planning processes followed by them with accuracy.

Desired Skills:
- good work experience in supply chain planning (FMCG/ECom preferred)

  • Handson experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP etc.
