Job Description: Regional Sales Manager - Capital Equipment - 04 Positions

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our capital equipment sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the capital equipment sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for capital equipment.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and drive results.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive business strategies.

6. Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and implement improvements.

7. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or minimum a diploma, training in sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

2. Proven experience in capital equipment sales, with a successful track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.

6. In-depth knowledge of the capital equipment industry and market trends.

7. Proven negotiation and contract management skills.

8. Ability to travel as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the capital equipment sector.

Track record of successfully managing a sales team.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
