What you'll Do

1) Maintain Books of Accounts -Oversee the maintenance and integrity of the company's financial records.

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
2) Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior management.
3) Daily Accounting Operations

  • Manage the day to day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are addressed.
4) Taxa on

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as required.
  • Provide guidance on tax planning and strategies to optimize tax positions.
5) Subsidiary Management

  • Oversee the financial operations of subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the parent company's financial policies and procedures.
  • Consolidate financial statements for the group.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and audits of subsidiary accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
-4 to 6 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

  • In depth knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
