Expectations:

  • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring orders are processed, shipped & delivered accurately and on time
  • Oversee the complete return and RTO management process to handle customer returns efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate and timely fulfilment & return management of orders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the fulfilment and returns operations
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics partners, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and addressing any performance issues promptly
  • Develop and manage the fulfilment budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality and service levels
  • Manage the operations of the outsourced finished goods warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and order processing
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment and coordination of fulfilment activities
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Before you apply: Please know that an ideal candidate must have

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce supply chain, fulfillment, 3PL logistics, and the entire supply chain process
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a D2C e-commerce company
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-oriented and analytical approach
  • Solid program and project management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize high-impact activities, and manage complex projects
  • Data-driven and inquisitive mindset
  • Problem solving approach
  • Hunger for learning and growth, and therefore, wants to join an early-stage startup
  • Openness to work from the Jaipur office, 6 days a week
