We are seeking a highly skilled Tracking Specialist to join our team.


Job Description: As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client tracking, analysis, and reporting systems. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the integrity and accuracy of our data-tracking processes across various platforms. You will also support the media buying team, assist with problem-solving, and help develop and manage company SOPs. Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking Setup and Management:
  • Set up tracking for all clients to ensure data is accurately collected and reported within all systems, including Google Ads, GTM, Analytics, Hyros, UTMs, etc.
  • Audit tracking integrations regularly to ensure tracking is working correctly and data is accurate.
  • Funnel Analysis and Maintenance:
  • Analyze client funnels and map them for KPI reporting.
  • Ensure all funnels are functioning properly, including split tests, links, email integrations, email links, videos, and tracking.
  • Identify and fix any new issues with client funnels promptly and communicate updates with the team.
  • Support and Problem Solving:
  • Support media buyers during absences, ensuring daily checks are completed and monitoring all accounts to prevent issues.
  • Assist media buyers with resolving problems in client accounts and finding solutions for website and tracking issues.
  • Provide support to the fulfillment team manager with any issues and other team initiatives.
  • Training and Documentation:
  • Help develop media buying training materials and keep the curriculum organized and up-to-date.
  • Communicate any changes in training materials to the team.
  • Manage company SOPs, ensuring all processes have documented SOPs and periodically reviewing them for relevance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role within a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of tracking systems, including Google Ads, GTM, Analytics, Hyros, UTMs, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to map and analyze client funnels.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving technical issues related to tracking and funnels.
  • Experience supporting media buyers and assisting with client account management.
  • Ability to develop training materials and manage SOPs effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation:

  • $15-30hr + bonus
