Dosti is looking for highly motivated and results-driven IT Staffing Bench Sales Managers with at least 3 years of team leadership experience and 5-8 years of experience working as IT bench sales recruiters in US IT staffing to work with our client.

The selected applicant will be in charge of developing and implementing marketing strategies that will drive business growth and increase brand awareness for IT staffing services.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record experience in building and managing the Full Cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies.
  • Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets
  • Delegation of tasks, assigning accountability, planning and monitoring work, evaluating performance and providing appropriate rewards, and fostering an environment that encourages sharing of information and perspectives.
  • Responsible for promoting our own H1B and EAD consultants using an internal database, personal contacts, vendor partnerships, publishing their profiles on different online job sites, referrals, and internet groups
  • Should be Involved in extensive followup with vendors, extending offers, and managing the offer process.
  • Call preferred vendors to find out whether they have any contract openings for our technical consultants.
  • Ensuring that all new Junior Marketing staff members are provided with the training and resources needed to be successful in their positions

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following (or related) fields: US IT staffing sales/account management, business development, inside/outside sales
  • Willing to work as per US timings
    ( 5:30 p.m IST 1:30 a.

m IST ):

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of industryspecific products, services and solutions
  • Should be proficient in MS Office and other tools to record all daytoday work done, maintain it, and report to senior management with the relevant data.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
