We are working with a leadingOutsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to onboard a Hebrew speakingContent Moderator and investigator to join their teams in Lisbonand to support a major technology company that provides mobilityservices vehicle and scooter rentals car sharing and food deliveryservices. Location:Lisbon PortugalEmployment type:FulltimeSchedule: changes weekly 8 hoursshifts with breaks 5 times per week Monday to Sunday24/7Remuneration: BasesalaryDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reviewgraphic content that has been received from users to ensure that itcomplies with the community guidelines
  • Reviewclassify and / or eliminate highly sensitivecontent
  • Comply with instructions proceduresrelated and complementary to the role
  • Complywith corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling ofcustomer information
  • Perform outbound callsduring the investigation to collect proofs of complains fromdrivers and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
  • C1C2level of Hebrew speaking language and B2 English both oral andwritten
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamicteamfocused and structured environment
  • Anability to make decision based on rules andpolicies
  • A passion for helping others achieveresults
  • A tolerance for sensitive content inpictures
