Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for property, casualty, and marine insurance products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain in-depth knowledge of property, casualty, and marine insurance products and services. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in insurance policies.

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. Experience in leading and mentoring a sales team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Problem-solving aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
