Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional credibility using excellent verbal and written communication, training presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Provide communication, soft skills, voice and accent training to NHT batches & on floor associates
  • Manage projects to achieve business objectives in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Use solid analytical and decisionmaking skills to assess account performance gaps and learner needs
  • Conduct needs analysis, research, and create new training initiatives to strengthen the skill set of employees
  • Design, develop, and create a variety of instructional materials and job aids in accordance with identified needs within time and budget constraints
  • Knowledge of adultlearning principles and methodologies including classroom management, coaching, curriculum development, and/or lesson planning
  • Provide clarification and effective feedback to learners & supervisors as needed
  • Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, KPTs and Dipcheck
  • Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist Quality & Operations team to enhance & improve employee skillsets to deliver results and performance
  • Conduct sidebyside coaching/floor walk when not on training assignments and thus contribute to operational goals
  • Prepare training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to design learning and development strategies and roadmaps
  • Innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive

Ideally, you should have:

  • Have minimum of 2 years of working experience as Voice and Accent Trainer/Communication Trainer/Learning & Development in BPO/ITES Industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint); elearning software is an asset
  • Problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work independently as well as contribute to crossfunctional and global teams
  • Must have the ability to identify communication skills gaps to help improve performance
  • Technical experience to coordinate the development, maintenance, and implementation of training schedules, outlines, plans, and lessons.
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in English/Communication /Humanities with relevant certification courses for soft skill trainers.
  • A team player who is supportive, flexible, and ready to take on additional tasks.
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, patient & actionoriented with an ability to work with across teams and supervisors.
  • Responds positively to feedback and respects diverse point of views.
  • Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
  • Certifications (e.g. CPTD) is an added advantage
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of Technology and Sales will be preferred

Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
