  • Develop and deliver Voice & Accent training programs to enhance the communication skills of the team.
  • Evaluate and analyze call quality to identify areas for improvement.
Assess hiring quality of new hires:
  • Regularly assess hiring quality through effective monitoring and provide constructive feedback to improve new hire quality
Soft Skills Training:
  • Design and implement soft skills training sessions focusing on various aspects, such as interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Training Delivery:
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Customize training modules based on the specific needs of different teams.
Communication Skills:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both in written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to address communication gaps and implement improvement strategies.
Training Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation.
  • Provide regular reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Total Experience Expected in Language Training: 01-05 years
  • Prior experience with International BPO Training is mandate.
