Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun Role & responsibilities Conduct Voice & Accent Training:- Develop and deliver Voice & Accent training programs to enhance the communication skills of the team.
- Evaluate and analyze call quality to identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly assess hiring quality through effective monitoring and provide constructive feedback to improve new hire quality
- Design and implement soft skills training sessions focusing on various aspects, such as interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Customize training modules based on the specific needs of different teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both in written and verbal communication.
- Collaborate with team leaders to address communication gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation.
- Provide regular reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Total Experience Expected in Language Training: 01-05 years
- Prior experience with International BPO Training is mandate.
