Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and culture.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and interviews to onboarding.
  • Create and manage employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Design, implement, and oversee training and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and conduct regular employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Administer and manage payroll, salary calculations, and benefits.
  • Oversee leave management systems and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Ensure timely implementation and compliance with ESI and PF regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR records, systems (HRIS/HRMS), and reporting structures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and fulfill staffing and organizational needs.
  • Organize and lead internal events, wellness initiatives, and activities to build a strong organizational culture.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR Manager or HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, statutory compliance (PF, ESI), and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Prior experience in fashion, retail, hospitality, or creative industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a people-first mindset.
