Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional with strong expertise in HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, preferably with experience in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for multiple roles.
  • Drive employee engagement and handle grievances effectively.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and rewards.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management.

Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in HR operations; e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
