  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Hindi is a MUST

Job Description

The primary job is to test and implement proprietary WMS & TMS for end customers of a 3rd party logistics services provider. The following are the high-level activities

  • Configuration & Testing

Collaborate with internal teams of 3rd party logistics provider and understand end customer's business processes, business requirements, exceptions and expectations

Configure and test WMS & TMS to ensure all original as well as new requirements and enhancements are developed and working properly

  • Support for Deployment, User Training, Go-Live and Handover

Setup master data during deployment

Coordinate with customer's users and train them on WMS and TMS systems and business processes

Handhold customer's users and provide systems support during 'Go-Live' and Hyper-care phases

Transition to IT support team

  • UAT for Monthly Sprints

Perform UAT for WMS & TMS for monthly sprints release
