What we're looking for


The role of this position is to offer advanced assistance to the Service Delivery team (TSO) in accordance with established procedures while being able to independently manage workload to ensure the needs of the business are met.

The responsibilities of the position include managing various complicated administrative tasks and resolving intricate queries. Additionally, this role may involve supervising and overseeing the work of others.

The role

  • The role involves providing general office and facilities support to ensure efficient service delivery and team functioning.
  • This includes identifying and suggesting improvements to administrative processes, coordinating major projects, monitoring progress, and providing management information.
  • The position requires dealing with complex queries, building relationships with internal/external clients, and coaching other team members as needed.
  • Activities must be conducted in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures, and budget constraints.

What you bring

  • They should have strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English is necessary, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external personnel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt and multitask are essential.
  • Effective time management and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are crucial.
