The position / About the Job:

Responsible for Business development, lead generation, technical sales, System design & Proposals for Evaporation Systems for various process applications in Food Processing, Beverage, Starch, Sugar, Distillery, Pharmaceutical, etc. including wastewater/effluents in these industries.

Sales Manager will be responsible to –

Formulate, implement, and update the sales plan for assigned products, services ,and channels. Update and implement business channels agreements for appointed wholesalers and distributors, together with his manager. Design, Heat Mass Balance, Selection & Sizing of equipment and Cost Estimation of Evaporation Systems for various product applications. Identify market potential in territory of India, Africa & Middle East, Generate leads / RFQ's and sales by contacting existing & new customers. Coordinate with Central colleagues in Evaporation business for new development & implementation and work as an effective extension of Business Unit. Ensure deep understanding of customer needs & requirements and create value in our offering/ quotes to customers and building customer relationships. Sales Management; Travel to customers/consultants, Technical Presentations, Drive day-to-day activities i.e. Price negotiations, Closing of Orders Achieve business goals and drive profitable growth. Manage Lead to Cash process: Evaluation of inquiries/ Tenders, Process Design, Review heat mass balance, Cost calculations and quotes for project/systems, Work together with stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, and Finance. To establish contacts with system integrators & contractors for IWW(Industrial Waste Water) evaporators. Identifying specifications of customer requirements and translating them into descriptive proposals. Coordination with Engineering colleagues, Operations/Manufacturing, and Suppliers for cost estimates, during proposal, engineering, and execution of projects. Additionally, coordination and quotes for Agro & Protein Systems with support from Central colleagues and the Engineering team.

What you can be –

B.Tech /B.E in Mechanical/ Chemical and Business Management certification preferred or equivalent experience 7-8 years in Evaporation Systems design or engineering. Sales experience shall be an advantage. Evaporation system design / Heat Mass Balance, Heat Exchanger design calculations. Support for P&ID and Equipment Layout drawings preparation. Presentation and Business Management skills. Directly/indirectly working with Food/Pharma/Sugar/Starch/Distillery/Food processing / Steel/ Power/ Chemical/ Manufacturing Customers in previous organization.
