About the Role

As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services in designated regions or customer accounts to achieve or surpass sales goals. You will play a crucial role in nurturing long-term relationships with various stakeholders, such as nurses, surgeons, and healthcare professionals, while also identifying opportunities, addressing needs, and offering tailored solutions.

  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue leads to maximize product/service benefits.
  • Conduct educational initiatives on company products and services.
  • Implement market strategies and adapt as required.
  • Provide customer feedback on product enhancements to internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bio-medical Engineer/ Bachelor of Engineering/ Lifesciences degree required.
  • 3-6 years of experience with a solid understanding of Medtronic's offerings.
  • Clinical sales proficiency.
  • Effective interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Positive attitude and resilience.
  • Openness to travel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and learning agility.
  • Exemplary integrity and leadership qualities.
Preferred Qualifications

Enhance your candidacy with attributes such as strong problem-solving skills, integrity, excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and a good grasp of MS Office tools. A willingness to travel is also a plus.
