Employee Relations/HR Business Partner


• Work closely with business and functional leaders to understand key business issues and priorities in the organization and their impact on people.


• Partner with functional groups to identify and establish business solutions that will help address the key people challenges.


• Ensure development & deployment of agreed business solutions / HR policies and processes, and establish appropriate tracking and review mechanism to ensure consistency in practice across locations.


• Taking care of end to end Employee Engagement activities (SKIPS, IJP''S, Fun Activities, PMS, RnR) as well as Communication (both Internal & External).


• Provide regular compensation and benefits consulting support to the business to ensure that all decisions and actions related to C&B are in line with organization C&B guidelines and statutory requirements.

• Support the annual compensation cycle including creation and communication of merit guidelines, merit process simulation based on eligibility rules, business support in terms of query resolution and detailed postmerit analysis.


• Provide benchmarking for salary and benefits against internal and external market and utilize the same to create pay ranges, provide market insights and analytical support to business for decision making.


Corporate Communication


• In conjunction with the marketing team, develop and implement ongoing basis and enterprise wide internal communications strategy that meets organizational objectives


• Measure the effectiveness of internal communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and make recommendations to review


• Review mailers intended to be sent company wide by various committees and stakeholders


• Play a leading role in redeveloping and improving Communique (intranet) as a key internal communications tool, also working alongside the marketing team for effective content management.


• Advise senior management on sensitive and complex internal communications challenges, including crisis communications issues

Education University degree in any stream

Experience 10+ years of relevant work experience and should have been part of BPO/KPO/ITES organizations

Certificates, Licenses, & Registration: Workday certification is highly desirable.
