Description :
We are hiring a dynamic and smart customer support executive to add to our customersupport team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing product company in Bangalore with multi geography operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As a customer support executive, you will receive and respond to the emails and calls fromthe customers from different geographic regions.
  • You need to understand product features and FAQ's and be the first responder to any queriesfrom customers. You would need to provide accurate, valid, and complete information byusing the right methods/tools and coordinating with the internal teams
  • Knowledge about
API's, SDK's, APN's

will be highly beneficial considering reading/interpretingof logs will be a part of deriving a solution for customer queries.
  • Candidates MUST be ready to work in shifts and rotational week offs.
  • Accomplish certain data annotation/quality check tasks apart from responsibility of handlingcustomer support queries.
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies laid down

Desired Skills
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.SC/B.B.A/MCA) with excellent English communicationskills.
  • Good writing skills with an ability to draft appropriate responses to customer emails based onsubject knowledge, internal notes and available FAQ's. The responses should be concise andclear keeping in mind they are representing the company.
  • Fine to relocate (or) come to office as and when needed. Preferably Bangalore basedcandidates.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attitude to learn new technologies is a must.
  • Previous experience in a support environment is essential.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills.
