Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit IT professionals for contract positions, focusing on candidates who are on the bench or between projects.
  • Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for specific client requirements.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions of contracts with candidates.
  • Working directly on Direct clients and Prime Vendors requirement
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualification required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 14 years of experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology skills commonly sought by clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
