Position Summary

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' online marketing campaigns, emphasizing paid media, analytics, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and oversee performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Enhance campaigns to boost ROI, CAC, and overall performance metrics.
  • Analyze and track campaign performance, making data-led decisions to enhance effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting platforms to monitor, analyze, and present key performance indicators.
  • Create detailed performance reports and share insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to discover the most effective strategies and tactics.

Strategy Development

  • Create comprehensive performance marketing strategies personalized to clients' business objectives and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Client Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Establish strong client relationships by grasping their requirements and delivering exceptional service.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to clients to aid in achieving their marketing goals.

Budget Management

  • Effectively manage and distribute advertising budgets across various platforms to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and regulate spending to ensure alignment with the defined budget and yield optimal results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is advantageous.
