Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our clients' online marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on paid media, analytics, and performance optimization.

You should be data-driven, conversion-focused, and eager to thrive in a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CAC, and overall performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making datadriven decisions to enhance effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting platforms to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify the best strategies and tactics.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to clients' business goals and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop highperforming ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Client Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients to help them achieve their marketing objectives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets across various platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and control spending to ensure it aligns with the set budget and delivers optimal results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
