Job Overview:
The Office Manager / HR and Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing office operations, supporting HR functions, managing vendor relationships, organizing events, handling insurance matters, and addressing employee queries.
The ideal candidate has startup experience, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, Bangalore, India
Work Mode: All 5 days, Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations, manage supplies, and coordinate maintenance.
- Administrative Support: Assist the executive team with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- HR Support: Aid in onboarding, record maintenance, recruitment processes, and payroll assistance.
- Insurance and Benefits: Manage enrolments and serve as a contact for employee inquiries.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and facilitate HR-related communication.
- Vendor Management: Handle vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute company events and meetings.
- Communication: Maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Startup experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in office management, administrative support, HR, and vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
