Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our software quality through both manual and automated testing.

As a critical member of our team, you will identify, document, and resolve bugs and glitches, ensuring our products, applications, and systems operate flawlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

Review and Analyze:
Understand product architecture by reviewing and analyzing system specifications.

Collaborate and Strategize:
Work with the development team to devise effective strategies and detailed test plans.

Execute and Analyze:
Perform test cases (both manual and automated) and analyze results to ensure high software quality.

Code Assessment:
Assess product code against specifications to ensure alignment with quality standards.

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive logs documenting testing phases and defects.

Bug Reporting:
Report bugs and errors to development teams and assist in problem resolution.
Post-release Testing: Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to ensure software stability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to advocate for high-quality outputs.

Mobile and Web App Testing:
Test both mobile and web applications to ensure comprehensive quality coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in both manual and automated software testing.
Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestComplete, etc.
Experience in project management, QA methodology, and Agile frameworks.
Strong ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
Proficiency with test management software like qTest, Zephyr, and working knowledge of SQL.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and strong organizational abilities.
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a deep understanding of the software testing lifecycle is crucial.
