Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Niva Bupa Health Insurance, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad for a full-time onsite role. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, expanding current accounts, conducting market research, and devising strategies to boost sales. To excel in this role, you should have a proven background in business development and sales, outstanding communication skills, adept negotiation abilities, the capacity to work independently and collaboratively, insight into the health insurance sector, and proficiency in market analysis and target achievement.

Role Description:
  • Fulltime onsite position as a Business Development Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance in Hyderabad.
  • Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, managing current accounts, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies.
  • Requirements: Proven experience in business development and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, capacity to work independently and within a team, knowledge of the health insurance industry, understanding of market trends and competitors, ability to meet targets and deadlines, and a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Ideal candidate should possess proven expertise in business development and sales, excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, autonomy in work, understanding of health insurance industry, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
