Role / Job Title: Elite Banker-NRI

Function/Department: Retail Liabilities

Job Purpose:

The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for opening accounts for interested customers and ensuring end-to-end documentation. They will drive mobile banking adoption & usage, increase cross-selling of products and work towards upgrading and onboarding customers in the relationship banking program. Dedicated to achieving higher customer satisfaction and enhancing retention. The Relationship Manager (RM) should possess comprehensive knowledge of the bank's offerings, RM's key objectives, bank systems, and crucial onboarding processes for product cross-selling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sources new bank customers through digital leads, propensity model, and customer references on already opened accounts.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.
  • Cross-sell various bank products to customers.
  • Build up CASA value for the initial 2 months of account opening - including initial funding and subsequent inflows.
  • Responsible for implementing a customer-centric approach to quickly resolve queries and complaints, aiming to meet NPS benchmarks.
  • Maintain strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote the benefits and eligibility criteria of the Relationship Banking program to customers, and enroll customers/groups in the program.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to all clients to establish as their primary banker.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Drive IDFC First's customer-centric culture by leading the team to uphold high servicing standards for utmost customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators related to employee productivity, recruitment quality, and attrition rates, implementing necessary enhancements.
  • Promote the utilization of data analytics to enhance marketing strategies for liability customers.
  • Hire VRM zonal heads based on zonal requirements in terms of customer coverage.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in Banking or related industries.
