Function/Department: Retail Liabilities.

Job Purpose:

Elite Banker will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement virtually to increase customer loyalty of managed clients. They will drive mobile banking adoption & usage, increase cross-selling of products and work towards upgrading and onboarding customers in the relationship banking program. Committed to achieving higher customer satisfaction and retention. Elite Banker to possess complete knowledge of end-to-end bank offerings, key RM goals, bank systems, and key steps for product cross-selling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strengthening customer relationships to increase customer value.
  • Responsible for conducting quality customer engagements over calls following industry best practices.
  • Responsible for boosting mobile banking adoption and encouraging initial login on Optimus app.
  • Enhance CASA value and acquire new clients, increasing 'Product Holding Per Customer' within the portfolio.
  • Responsible for cross-selling pre-approved products like Credit Cards and other offers to increase products per customer.
  • Ensure customer profiling for mapped customers and offer suitable banking products based on their needs.
  • Be solution-oriented and ensure effective onboarding for Mobile/Net Banking, Bill Pay, SIP, Insurance & Investment solutions, Retail and SME Loans, and relevant banking programs.
  • Ensure monthly targets are met to enhance scorecard and rankings.
  • Collaborate with teams for closure of retail assets & trade transactions generated through client engagement.
  • Responsible for adopting a customer-focused approach to quickly resolve queries and complaints to meet NPS benchmarks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and compliance.
  • Promote Relationship Banking program benefits and eligibility criteria to customers and onboard them to the RB program.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to all clients to establish as their primary banker.

Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
