Amazon is seeking a skilled tech business development manager to lead the creation of innovative initiatives aimed at driving Ads success for a large number of sellers.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish partnerships with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for a diverse group of small to medium advertisers.
  • Collaborate with global Ads and seller experience teams to identify specific needs of SMB advertisers.
  • Influence product roadmaps by providing user stories and 'working backwards' narratives.
  • Create programs to streamline the onboarding process for new advertisers through user-friendly tools and one-click solutions that enable effective advertising campaigns.
  • Expand advertising reach to a wide range of SMB advertisers. Form partnerships with seller experience teams to capitalize on entry points in the new seller journey such as the seller mobile App.
  • Achieve targets related to reach, effectiveness, and adoption of Ads recommendations among a substantial group of advertisers.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Over 6 years of experience in responding to requests for proposals, including defining requirements, aligning them with technical solutions, and developing appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in developing strategies that impact organizational decisions at a leadership level.
  • Experience in managing programs that involve cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable business insights.
  • Proficient in negotiating and executing complex legal agreements.
  • Experience working with product teams to create requirement documents, user stories, and insights derived from customer feedback.
