Strategic Initiatives:

You will be an early team member of an emerging business vertical within Company with the mission to launch the largest In-Store Kirana B2 B2 C application.

This application comes installed on a device.

This is an Industry-First initiative and you will get to wear multiple hats.

1.

Core responsibility includes owning the Business Development targets for your region.

You will have a team of Field Sales force reporting to you.

Take charge of your sales team to determine the right quota of leads to achieve the team target.


Your primary target segment will be Grocery Stores to begin with and expand to other types of stores as we progress.

Create target prospect list from various sources - such as, existing information within company, online and offline sources 3.


Generate quality leads and prospects daily, schedule demos and build a pipeline per day within assigned territory & business verticals.

Be Metrics driven:

Segregate prospects based on their size, interest, budget, maturity, timeline and pain points Continuously improving the lead to prospect ratio, the prospect to demo ratio, prospect to decision ratio, the campaign success ratio and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month on month basis 5.


Work with Growth Marketing team to run campaigns and reach out to existing leads in the assigned area to generate as many prospects from them and to close prospects to converted customers 6.


Ensure Payment Collection is done in a timely manner and coordinate with the right team in case of Credit Customers for timely EMI payment 7.


Ensure that you and the team develops required knowledge on the product and company to better tackle customer queries 8.

Present regular (weekly, monthly) achievement reports to the required stakeholders and participate in leadership reviews Background and Requirements Job Requirements REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-5 years of experience in selling applications (software) or devices (hardware) such as Point of Sales to Kirana Stores in Bangalore or other Southern Cities will be preferred
  • Has worked in high growth organizations and consistently exceeded sales targets
  • At Least 2 years of leading a sales team
  • Proficient in Microsoft; Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Bangalore retail market preferred but not mandatory
