Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop a cohesive content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with the target audience.

Generate creative ideas for content themes, campaigns, and series.

Produce high-quality, visually appealing content including photos, videos, GIFs, graphics, and text posts. Take ownership of the entire content creation process, from conceptualization to execution.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and content variety. Coordinate with internal teams to align content creation with marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

Implement strategies to grow the brand's social media following and increase audience engagement.

Track the performance of social media content and campaigns using analytics tools. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Adjust content strategy and tactics based on performance metrics.


Experiment with a mix of organic and paid tactics, including but not limited to influencer partnerships, user-generated content campaigns, contests, and targeted advertising, to reach new audiences.
