Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned

  • Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches
  • Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue
  • Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions
  • Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module
  • Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required
  • Provide standby or back-up support whenever required
Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever requiredRequired Functional Skills:

  • Atleast 7 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HCM Functional modules like SAP PA, OM, Time Management.
  • Experience in Payroll, Portal, HR Authorization and Travel is a plus.
  • HR ABAP coding or debugging skill is a plus
  • Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree
  • B.Sc(IT),MCA,B.Tech,B.Sc(Com)
  • Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
