Role Description
· Functional Expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud.
· Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects & Learning Cloud
· Understand client’s business requirements and translate them into Oracle Learn solutions.
· Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
· Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
· Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to help clients maximize their use of the Oracle Learn module.
· Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.
· Should have good knowledge in all the concepts of Learning Management
· Should have experience in integrating Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud with MS Teams, Skillsoft and other vendors.
· Provide Implementation / Support and troubleshooting, as needed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Should have got good experience in Learning Management module in cloud platform.
Hands-on functional consultant to design, configure, test and support entire lifecycle of Learning implementation.
Should be well versed with all the latest product updates from Oracle.
Strong understanding of Oracle Learn and other HCM modules

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Cloud certification for Learn is desirable.
