- Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Management, Benefits, Goal and Performance Management
- Collaborate with Client's Project team, HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective configurations and solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of the HCM functionalities.
- Good knowledge on Oracle HCM Modules and their implementations
- Good consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result.
- Knowledge with SQL and PL/SQL
Location: Pune/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Kolkata
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
