Johnson & Johnson New Planned Consumer Health Company is currently recruiting for a Global Functions Senior Analyst.

This position may be based in the US Locations:
Skillman, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ or in the non-US Locations: Ontario, Canada; with no Remote work options.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the corporate architecture for data, analytics and other technologies creating a vision/roadmap. The role will steer squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around business impact
  • Lead continuous improvement across the corporate analytics technology products lifecycle and drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad(s) objectives
  • Understand latest technology trends in the data and analytics development and delivery field to deliver consistent architectures
  • Understanding enterprise technology delivery standards including CI/CD, cloud delivery, management, and observability. Development tooling and standards.
  • Understand latest technology trends with an emphasis on data and analytics (including predicative) field to inform technology product roadmap
  • Drive selection of solution architectures in collaboration with business and enterprise technology partners
  • Prioritize a backlog, utilizing technical expertise and understanding of customer needs, to translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria for corporate analytics and other technology products/platforms
  • Work with the business to channel the "voice of the customer" within the corporate analytics product and other squads to ensure the squads "build the right thing"
  • Manage resources for the product squad(s), onboarding new team members
  • Define & track relevant corporate technology OKRs
  • Work closely with business partners and technology team members to establish the business case and supporting communications and enduser outreach necessary
  • Work closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery, and assess technology elements prior to user testing
  • Owns corporate architecture and tools reporting and performance analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results
  • Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; lead and optimize flow of value using various tools and reporting cadences
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500.

Qualifications - External

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in technology project/product management, engineering, UX, or related field
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering, and architecture
  • Strong experience with understanding, evaluating and documenting systems architectures
  • Deep understanding of business/processes and highlevel understanding of highquality digital product delivery
  • Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional selforganized teams
  • Product/Digital expertise:
  • Understanding of customer journeys & customer experience
  • Foundational skills (at minimum) in data engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and emerging technology
  • Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, removing blockers, etc.
  • Experience deploying corporate data, analytics, and other technologies and understanding of technology trends for corporate departments
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
