What you'll do

  • A key focus for the role is to identify areas where our customers can save money when procuring software.
  • Work alongside in country Spend Optimisation Specialist to deliver Spend Optimisation services to our global customers.
  • Responding to check Vendor relationships.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process and keeping live tracker up to date.
  • Procurement data analysis and data cleansing activities.
  • First pass analysis of ongoing data to identify risks and opportunities for Spend Optimisation Specialist
  • Carrying out market research to find all relevant information required to optimize software opportunities and deliver cost savings back to customer.
  • Tracking savings and value added activities for reporting success back to customer and CC Account team.
  • Work effectively with other business areas, in order to understand and address any issues.

What you'll need

  • The successful individual will have experience in spend analysis, spend data management along with software procurement or software licensing.
  • A good understanding of procurement life cycle and methodology.
  • Has a high level of attention to detail and diligence in order to ensure accurate data and reporting.
  • Customer service and problemsolving skills
  • Advanced Excel and mathematical skills Dashboarding experience would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to research and analyse information from multiple sources of information.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP Systems.
  • Reliable and desirable work ethic, with a customer centric approach.
