Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and improvement of Integrated Management System.
  • Evaluation of existing and development of new Business Processes. Advise and propose areas of improvement in order to increase productivity, improve time management and resource planning, reduce costs and other aspects.
  • Deliver regular recommendations on how to optimize process landscape, while meeting requirements of ISO standards.
  • Facilitate Knowledge and Experience sharing between company's business units and functional teams.
  • Perform IMS Gap analysis, create roadmaps and buildup transition map from the current to the target state.
  • Prepare monthly Quality reports.
  • Analyze and improve Change management process.
  • Analyze the applicable regulations and standards and support the definition of the internal documentation requirements.
  • Capture and manage feedbacks from the Process users; Drive the Process risk analysis.
  • Coordinate and prepare Documentation and Processes review meetings.
  • Deploy awareness sessions on the Document Management and Process Improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge of the fundamentals and methods of Quality Management. Experience with ISO Certification Audits
  • Extensive knowledge of business process management, proven experience in process standardization, optimization and process efficiency
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience with flowcharts, swimlanes and diagrams
  • Fluent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a huge plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
