We are currently searching for a dynamic Head of Growth & Digital Marketing to spearhead our growth and marketing efforts, lead customer acquisition, and strengthen our market presence.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and reputation through creative marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement comprehensive growth and digital marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, interaction, and loyalty.
  • Lead the marketing team and cultivate a culture focused on experience and continuous learning.
  • Manage ROI-driven pipeline coverage by expanding inbound channels and fostering deals to increase revenues.
  • Promote upsells and cross-sells within the customer base.
  • Construct customer case studies and success stories to stimulate demand and support Sales.
  • Customer Targeting & Retargeting: Devise and execute tactics for effective targeting and retargeting of potential and existing customers.
  • Develop the brand through impactful storytelling, innovative campaigns, and efficient marketing strategies.
  • Devise and oversee the Go-To-Market strategy for new products and features.
Who you are:
  • 10+ years of experience in driving growth for a company (Digital Space) with a subscription-based model and expanding cross-border sales.
  • Proficient in conducting digital acquisition campaigns across diverse platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Well-versed in email marketing platforms and managing paid media campaigns.
  • Possess a highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Enthusiastic about building and advancing brands.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptable to ambiguity.

  • Possess a deep understanding of organic and non-organic channels.
  • Embrace an experimental mindset and consistently conduct various experiments to identify scalable channels for user and customer acquisition.
  • In addition to quantitative research and data analysis, enjoy engaging with customers regularly to gather feedback and explore different use cases.
  • Strong background in Firebase & Google Analytics.
  • Comprehend product positioning and capable of crafting compelling content and communications.
