Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing video production from start to finish including the conceptualisation,
scheduling and resource management of videos
Managing project timelines
Integrating music, sound effects and balances of audio
Working collaboratively with Creative Heads, and other key stakeholders to create
high-quality video content
Working creatively to produce original and aesthetically pleasing designs, visual
effects and animations
Creating, planning, and scripting animated narrative sequences
Editing animation and effects based on feedback
Creating adaptations from the master files into local languages
Creating, sometimes from scratch and sometimes adapting from existing work, 2D animations, Motion Graphics, Explainer videos, Gifs, etc.
Needing to work between premier and After Effects is key here.
Swapping out products and talent from local toolkits to fit into the style of the global toolkits and adding in animated copy and icons etc.
Own ideation, conceptualization, and creation of design to help drive discovery and marketing campaigns.Bring big ideas to life leveraging the brand voice and tone to shape the narrative in a visually compelling manner.
Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, challenges, target audiences, and on-brand creative assets into brand experiences that meet measurable business goals.
Lead discussions with Marketing on content creation and develop a strong visual presence with key visuals and campaign design ideas - Understand business priorities, the targeted consumer set, and their demandsexperience within Animator, Motion Graphics, Video
The Profile:
Editor or Video Production fields, Graphic design and Digital ads.
You have good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe
Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
You possess strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to set targets,
prioritize effectively and make decisions
You have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
You can develop compelling narratives and visuals
You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines
You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and design guidelines
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
Basic Knowledge of 3D software s (Blender, cinema 4D
Own ideation, conceptualization, and creation of design to help drive discovery and marketing campaigns.
Bring big ideas to life leveraging the brand voice and tone to shape the narrative in a visually compelling manner.
Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, challenges, target audiences, and on-brand creative assets into brand experiences that meet measurable business goals.
Work with internal and external teams to deliver graphics/creatives and mock-ups consistent with the branding of the propertyDemonstrated experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Previous experience in web and cross-platform digital communication
