Role Description

We are seeking a driven and energetic Graphic Designer to join our team at MadHatter Creative As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to graphics and design. This includes creating social media posts, ad creatives, email designs, website banners, landing pages, logos, and more. The candidate should be a learning expert who is creative, analytical, and able to coordinate a small team of graphic designers working on the same project.

The role is based in Bengaluru, we the team works from the office 3 days a week and 2 days are remote working.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, Flyers
  • Collaborate with the team and clients to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into compelling design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of design work.
  • Prepare files for production, ensuring accurate and high-quality output for print or digital use.
  • Communicate and present design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

What we look for:

  • Maniacal attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A strong eye for visual composition, and understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suite
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Video creation capability (either via automated tools like Lumen5, Canva, or with core tools like Adobe Premier Pro etc.) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to learn pretty much anything quickly
  • Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
