We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Specialist to play a pivotal role in advancing one of our key strategic growth areas: Digital trade finance documentation. This unique opportunity is embedded within our Bolero product team.

About Product team

Bolero, a leading trade finance solution from WiseTech Global (ASX: WTC), is a global leader in the handling of electronic trade finance documentation and automatic settlement. We pioneered structured documents for corporate trade, and our solutions currently power more than 6 million trade documents and billion worth of trade transactions annually.

About you

4+ years of agile product management experience bridging the gap between business and technologyDomain Expertise – Ideally have some relevant background in one or more of the following areas:- Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance- Industry expertise (Financial Institutions and/or Commodity Traders and/or Industrial Corporate) You are a persuasive communicator and an attentive listener with a talent for identifying the root cause of every problem.

The Responsibilities

Investigate and provide solutions to complex issues Deliver high-quality customer service in the form of 2nd line support Writing up requirements for new features and functionality Assess existing functionality and recommend areas for improvement Documenting supporting content and release notes Analyse and document processes Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practice and system functionality/behavior Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner Product development review (UAT/ QA) for software fixes and new features Work collaboratively with customers and development throughout the lifecycle for new features
